This coming Tuesday we are excited to release Volume 37 of the magazine. The issue, which is the first of our larger, six-times-a-year format, is all about “homegrown drones”—maker friendly, DIY multicopters.

As with each issue release we’ll be hosting an international maker meetup. But instead of holding the event indoors, this time we’re stretching our wings with a drone fly-in event Monday, Jan. 20 from 1 to 4pm at Paintball Jungle in America Canyon, Calif.

Join MAKE editors, up-and-coming drone companies and startups, and local drone user groups for a day of aerial fun. Bring your friends, families, and drones for this one-of-a-kind event. RSVP right here.

MAKE will provide food and refreshment, copies of the MAKE drone issue, and cool MAKE swag. See you there!
