One of the booths that was catching a lot of attention was this rainbow of color and texture just as you entered the building. Nerd Girl Yarns is based just outside of Kansas City, though they get their fibers from all over the world. Their booth at the Kansas City Maker Faire was pretty packed most of the time as people were drawn to the bright colors and the hacked together spinning wheel for yarn making.
