West Broad and Alps Bus Stop by Christopher Fennell… via .
The Bus Shelter is made from 3 old school buses, years: 62, 72 and 77. The seat is from one of Atlanta’s decommissioned city buses.

This is not in Atlanta, but rather Athens, GA. I drive by this each day on the way to work.

He’s also done a fantastic temporary public art installation in Scottsdale, AZ called “Barn Devil”. It’s a whirling cyclone made of reclaimed barn wood. (An installation diary can be found here: http://www.facebook.com/notes/scottsdale-public-art/barn-devil-installation-diary-updated-monday-august-24-2009/118669705786)
I used to live very a few miles away. The first time I saw it I thought it was leftover wreckage from a horrible accident. I also never saw anyone actually waiting there for a bus.
