This great tutorial for making tiny gingerbread houses designed to sit comfortably on the brim of a mug, comes from a competition on Polish blog Cake Time.

Ingredients:

500g flour
200g honey
120g caster sugar
120g margarine or butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 package( 20-25g) of gingerbread spice or 3-4 teaspoons homemade gingerbread spice
