How-To: Mini Peach Pavlovas

I had my first Pavlova in my early teens in Australia and have loved them ever since. Named after the famed ballerina Anna Pavlova, it couldn’t be simpler: meringue, whipped cream and fruit. I love late summer peaches even more than I love meringue, so this recipe for mini peach pavlovas hits the spot.
