Antennas 101 will cover the theory, design and practical construction of antennas for a variety of applications - wifi, FM and TV broadcasting and more. A portion of this 3 hour workshop will be devoted to the hands-on building and tuning of an FM broadcast antenna. The workshop will be taught by Stephen Dunifer, founder of Free Radio Berkeley (www.freeradio.org).

Am activist and community organizer for all his adult life, he continues to work for media and grassroots democracy. He is a self-taught electronics and broadcast engineer and lives in Oakland, California.
