From Suitcase to Pet Bed

Craft & Design

This is the coolest thing I’ve seen in a while! Green is the New Blue blogger Kirsten turned a vintage suitcase into a fully functional pet bed, complete with a matching fabric squeaky toy. Link.

I can see the benefits of being able to easily pack a bag for our pooch when we go traveling, especially if it’s already half packed!
(Note to self, make sure bed is not in use before closing.)
The dishes and leads etc can fit into the pocket and our pooch will be the first one packed and ready to go. (No competition really, it takes me ages to pack!)
At least packing the dog’s bag first means our very smart pooch will know she is comming with us and will patiently sit by the door or the car happily waiting, thus we avoid all the moping and sad eyes she usually gives us!
