I love stuffed grape leaves but have never tried to make them myself (confession: I usually buy them tinned at Trader Joe’s). Molly Watson’s stuffed grape leaf recipe makes it look pretty doable! Via sfgirlbybay‘s Friday Food Files.

  1. I suppose, “dolma” in plural “dolmades” is a greek word. As “dolma” in Turkish means “stuffed” again in Turkish the plural is “dolmalar” :) just wanted to add some multi-culturality.:)
