Introducing the Rubix Cubewich. It contains cubes of pastrami, kielbasa, pork fat, salami, and two types of cheddar. What? No bacon? Found on the appropriately named Insanewiches site.

Pork fat is bacon without all that pesky meat!
This would be a nice way to present a meat and cheese tray at a geeky party. Get rid of the bread and provide toothpicks for skewering the cubes and some condiments for dipping them. A tray of these would surely go fast.
What no love for the Green Eggs and Clam sandwich?
Speaking as a bacon devotee…why pork fat?!?
Cant we get white cubes from cheese?
Or if it refers to the striped cubes, call it bacon…the usual term for a little bit of meat surrounded by fat that tastes yummy…
