Reactive Cube, a 3D projector tank

These liquid-filled tanks, designed by Graham Plumb, project light through a mixture of water and “a specially formulated emulsion” consisting of “micron-sized particles of oil formulated to stay suspended in water.” Pretty sweet! [Via Spime]

  1. Very interesting.

I wonder what would happen if you projected the light on 2 axis’? Perhaps if you used 2 different colors, you would get a thrisd coclor where they intersect? Would the resulting image be clear or too muddled?
