Bethany kept noticing empty paint cans for sale at her local hardware store, but never knew quite what she wanted to do with them, until one day it hit her. Dipping the cans in fun bright paint colors was the answer!

What an interesting conversation piece for your home. In addition to a planter, I could see these used as a crock for kitchen utensils, or a vessel to hold an array of tools for a housewarming gift basket.

Bethany used new cans of oil paint in bright colors for her project, However, you could take this opportunity to use up some old left over paint, or pick a shade to fit your decor.
