The Craft booth at the Bazaar Bizarre was a great place to get out some of your creative energy while shopping. Whenever I am at an event like this, I get so inspired to get my hands dirty crafting, and Craft offered a table where each day the public could work on projects. I met amazing new friends, and also re-connect with many people from the Maker Faire.
I set out tons of felt sweater scraps and wool roving on Saturday, and fell in love with every single creation that I saw. The heart necklace was the main inspiration I had when I was setting up, and so all I put out was the wool, an eyelet setter, some scissors and some ribbon.
This clothing mod using a sweater from the Swap-O-Rama-Rama is amazing. I wish I had gotten the contact info for the woman working on it (Hint: If you are her, email me!) She cut the long baggy sleeves off, and then hemmed them with a cute curve using a felting needle. I would love to check on how the rest turned out.
This bunny is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen, pretty much.
