How-To: DIY Project Board

Coordinate your project plans and organize ideas and inspiration with this DIY project board tutorial that Jenn from My Fabuless Life shared on Craftaholics Anonymous!

If you’re like me, the most brilliant of project ideas seem to occur at the most inopportune times, and then by the time I have a chance to actually work on something, all I remember is that I had an idea, but I couldn’t tell you what it was if my life depended on it. My DIY Project Board was born as a solution to my scatter-brain problem. Now I have a place to jot down all of those random ideas, hold all of my drawings of project plans I sketch out while waiting at ballet, or stuck in traffic, and plan color and fabric schemes for my rooms and projects. All you’ll need is a piece of wood, some chalkboard paint, and some stain.

I love that Jenn broke down her project board into different rooms—that’s so much smarter than keeping one long (out of control) list.
