Love the look of fur but aren’t cool with animal cruelty or the hefty price tag that comes with the real stuff? Sew Caroline shows you how to make your own faux fur vest. You’ll need an existing vest to reference for the pattern and some faux fur fabric, which you should be able to source from your local fabric shop.
If you have ever cut into this type of fabric before, you will know the importance of keeping a lint roller handy! Once it is sewn together you shouldn’t have a problem with stray fur, it’s just the sacrificial cutting that can get a little wild.
