you-would-make-a-good-dalekI was excited to see the BBC recently bring their Radiophonic Workshop using the Web Audio API online, combining JavaScript and HTML5 to simulate some classic sounds of 1960s-era equipment, notably their Wobbulator (above), and the Ring Modulator used to create the voices of human-exterminating Daleks. One of the tunes the Radiophonic Workshop is best known for is the Dr. Who theme song, and it’s incredible to consider that was 50 years ago now.
