PanoramaScanCam update

Remember that “PanoramaScanCam” Mac was working on, you know… a 360-degree panoramic scanning camera made from an old scanner? Here’s an update for the curious–

“Work on the PanoramaScanCam is progressing nicely. The scanner case has been modified and the new belt drive has been installed along with the camera cylinder. The camera cylinder rotates the scanner head and the new optical assembly 360 degrees to capture panoramic images. The belt drive has been tested and works properly. Modifications to the scanner head and design of the new optical assembly are currently underway.” – Link.
