Jenni Rope’s Paper Animation

The past couple of months, I’ve been interested in trying out stop-motion animation. I came across Jenni Rope‘s Kiipeilypuu / The Climbing Tree a few days ago, and it makes stop-motion seem very accessible. She uses painted, cut-out paper shapes that appear to morph into one another. It’s set to some sweet music too – Finnish band Paavoharju.
