If you’re an origami enthusiast in the Pacific Northwest, then be sure to catch the exhibition that just opened at the Bellevue Arts Museum called Folding Paper: The Infinite Possibilities of Origami.
Works range from lifelike and representational to mathematical and computer-generated, lyrical and abstract to social and political. Considered a children’s craft for many centuries, Folding Paper pays tribute to the many artists and activists who have elevated origami to a recognized art form as sophisticated and meaningful as any other.
Take a peek at the exhibition in this video from King5 News:
The exhibition will be open through September 21st.
