This past weekend at FOO Camp at the O’Reilly offices, Arwen and I helped people refashion their own t-shirts. I worked closely with 11 year old Claire to help her sew up a t-shirt tote complete with tiny apple embroidery trim. Arwen made her own FOO camp undies and we had a host crafty folks throughout the afternoon modding their own t-shirts in our area, which we shared with the MAKE team. (You can see the big crowd by the laser etcher in most shots.) Pictured above at top is Arwen chatting with Eric McKean of A Dress a Day, next is Claire modeling her new tote bag, and finally Molly Wheeler with patchwork FOO camp tank. You can see the rest of my photos of our refashioning t-shirts in my Flickr photos. Link.
