The Saturn V rocket on display at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Ala.

In 1969, the world’s imagination was sparked when the Saturn V rocket launched the crew of Apollo 11 to the moon. The Dream Rocket Project is a modern-day celebration of that achievement: art from people all over the world will be sewn together and wrapped around the massive Saturn V rocket on display in Huntsville, Ala., helping put the “A” back in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math).

The project needs funding to cover the design and engineering costs associated with this project. You can help out by contributing to this Kickstarter project.
