Colette Patterns is always one of my favorite resources for vintage sewing tips, tricks, and tutorials. Because it’s often the small details that really bring a sewing project together, I especially like their simple tutorial for making custom piping out of bias tape and cord. I’ve always loved the look of piping on shirts and skirts, so I was really excited to find out how easy it was to make my own!
