I’m a huge fan of Ann Wood‘s gorgeous handmade creatures (we’ve posted about her creatures and other creative projects before), but I love this “beginnings” post on her blog, where she shares photos of her starting materials, drawings, and drafts of her creatures. Never having made a 3D sewn object before, I’m fascinated by the process. I’ve been toying with the idea (hardeeharhar) of making my toddler a stuffed animal for Christmas, and this might be the kick in the pants I needed.
