My pal Susan Beal surprised me with a Surprise Bag of scrap quilt pieces, from the Quilts for Quake Survivors efforts, at Maker Faire and I can’t wait to put it together. Next week, June 10, I Heart Art PDX is teaming up with the Museum of Contemporary Craft to host the Portland Craft Party, the local chapter of the Worldwide Etsy Parties. You can quilt and craft all afternoon before the evening turns into a Mercy Corps Relief Japan Fundraiser.
