Help Crowdsource a Giant 3D Printed Edgar Allan Poe Statue

The We The Builders team has been collaboratively creating fantastic sculptures of our nation’s forefathers for the past few years.

Now, they have turned their sights on an iconic figure of their hometown of Baltimore: Edgar Allen Poe. This new project, Edgar Allen Print, is off to a great start, but needs your help to be complete in time for its unveiling at The National Maker Faire.

Like all of the previous We The Builders projects, E. A. Print will be built by crowdsourcing smaller prints that will be combined together to build the larger statue. Much like building a great pyramid, each of these blocks has been cut to precisely piece together. To complete the project in time, they need all parts printed and mailed to them by June 4th. Head over now to the project page to claim your piece before time slips by and your chance to help is “nevermore.”
