Felt Club @ The LA County Fair

Throughout the month of September, I’ll be teaming up with several Felt Club vendors (such as Charcoal Designs and Mr. Funky) and friends (like CRAFT magazine Editor-in-Chief Carla Sinclair) to present a series of hands-on craft demonstrations at the Los Angeles County Fair. We’ll be located in the Tapestry building, which is under the grandstand (right across from the deep-fried twinkie and Krispy Kreme sandwich booth). All demos are free to view and enjoy, and most teachers will also have kits available for you to purchase and take home. Classes include Amigurumi 101, Book Binding 101, Needle Felting 101 and many more. The first class, Charm Jewelry 101 with Charcoal Designs, kicks off on Wednesday, September 12.
