1 bite 7 days
Heather Menicucci was at the Renegade Craft Fair this weekend kicking off her 1 Bite 7 Days documentary project. The project is “based on a Japanese proverb that says for every new food we eat, we gain seven days of life.” She invited participants to try one of three strange foods: vinegar pudding, pomegranate soup or pickled fiddlehead fern and then step into a recording booth and describe how they are going to spend the extra 7 days of their life. I tried the vinegar pudding and it was actually very good, a lot like banana pudding. She will be posting pictures and recipes on the site soon.
