Chinese Terracotta Army Made From Pizza Dough

Food artist Annabel de Vetten undertook the monumental task of recreating China’s Terracotta Army in pizza dough to commemorate the opening of the 500th Pizza Express in restaurant in Beijing.

The miniature sculptures are made from Pizza Express dough and feature incredibly accurate detail, but what I don’t understand is who will protect the dough army from getting dipped in sauce and eaten?
