Ever since the NY Times article about Cookstr, I have been looking forward to the Cookstr launch. Cookstr features recipes from famous chefs for free with the hope that it will lead you to buy the cookbooks of your favorite chefs. Yesterday Cookstr launched their beta site. A lot of features and recipes aren’t there yet, but I really like the search functionality that lets you refine results by a long list of attributes like skill, cost and season.
