Greek Three-Cheese, Spinach, and Onion Potpie

I often run out of ideas on what to make for dinner. Enter the Dinner Challenge Flickr group where a host of dinner ideas and recipies pop up, including Nancy’s recent Chicken Pot Pie (something I have always wanted to try to make).
