Pancake and Bacon Cupcakes Recipe

You’ve probably had breakfast for dinner, but Ruthanne of Easybaked wanted dessert for breakfast, so she concocted these beauteous Pancake and Bacon Cupcakes.

These cupcakes were a complete experiment, and when they came out of the oven and I tentatively tasted one, I smiled. They taste like pancakes- they really do!

Dessert for breakfast, breakfast for dessert, cupcakes that taste like pancakes, pancakes that are actually cupcakes, we sure do live in a crazy, mixed-up world! Good thing there’s bacon.
