We’re coming to the end of citrus season here in California, and I just picked the last Meyer lemons from my tree. While noodling around online looking for fun ways to use them up, I ran across this recent meyer lemon buckwheat pancake recipe on the Etsy blog. Even better, it pairs them with strawberries and mint! I love that sweet spot when lemons and strawberries mingle together at the farmer’s market. Pancakes for lunch, anyone?
