It’s citrus season, and I was recently reminded of an interesting way to prepare grapefruit, my favorite citrus fruit: broiling! Putting citrus in the oven sounds wrong, but it’s actually pretty good. Just sprinkle some brown sugar on a grapefruit half and stick it under the broiler for a few minutes, until the sugar caramelizes. Yum! Pictured above is a broiled grapefruit found on ZOE.
