How-To: Fringed Drawer Liner Placemats

I’ve moved a few more times than I’ve cared to in the past couple of years, so I still have a good supply of new-home supplies, which includes a LOT of drawer and shelf liners. Creme de la Craft shows us how to make these very simple, fringed placemats using drawer liners. Something tells me I could make a whole bunch of these!
