Skill Exchange Workshops

I am heartened by all the talk I keep hearing about various skill exchange workshops, both informal and more organized, like this series of skill exchange workshops at Pot + Pantry here in SF. It’s something crafters and makers have known for a long time: sharing your knowledge and learning from others is immensely satisfying. (Of course Maker Faire is another great example of a place to share knowledge.) If you don’t live in the Bay Area, maybe you should set up some skill exchange workshops of your own!
