Lights! Camera! Make! Dototot is bringing a hands-on animation studio for producing short videos using traditional 2D and 3D stop motion animation. What’s the story? That’s for you to decide. Work your movie magic with 3D printed, laser cut, and hand-crafted assets.
Beware of shenanigans at Makerspace Alley! This is the first time we have put these crazy creators in one area filled with their signature creations – play a laser harp, drive the Artemis Bridge, create sound and light patterns in the Sound Puddle, launch your creations into flight in the Bldg 61 wind tunnel, build and race your car at the 3D printed Nerdy Derby!
Bring the stars close to you when you Fly the Planetarium. The planetarium team will be on hand to let you control the stars and universe from an iPad. Or you can run from the Dalek toward the Tardis and travel through time and space with the Doctor!
