If you’ve seen recent Disney film Big Hero 6, then you might agree that the character of Baymax bears a strong resemblance to a marshmallow, and if that thought makes you hungry, then you might as well make yourself some of these fantastic Baymax marshmallow cookies with this amazing tutorial video by Mosogourmet!
Although, Mosogourmet appears to use some very specific marshmallows and heating equipment, it looks like reasonably similar results can easily be achieved with different sized marshmallows, a carefully watched oven, and a little creativity!
