Inspired by the Pepto Bismol ice cream, I created my own version for St. Patrick’s Day.
After testing the final minted mixture, I figured half a bottle of Mylanta would be safe. I cautiously tested it and….it’s good. It’s not only good, it’s WOW. Better than with just the peppermint extract, even. And this is before adding chocolate or even making it into ice cream yet!
