I was *so* tempted to title this “How-To: Be Alone,” but it’s a little too cheeky for this vid’s vibe. This lovely little narrative touches on the happiness of spending time with ones self, something our collective social norms generally fear and frown upon. Using quiet strumming and quirky animated line drawings, we get a sense of the inner life as it plays out when we are left to think and to be, uninterrupted.
Lonely is a freedom that breaths easy and weightless and lonely is healing if you make it.
