We’re happy to report that MAKE has been named a finalist in two categories of min’s 2013 Editorial & Design Awards program.

min’s Editorial & Design Awards program recognizes excellence in content and design among consumer, business-to-business, and specialized media brands. Awards will be judged by a panel of editors, designers, and consultants.  Design awards are judged on aesthetics and packaging of illustration/art with editorial content.  Editorial awards are judged on quality of writing, source material, journalistic style, editorial voice, and impact of article on and industry and/or readership

The two stories were the Cat Scratch Feeder from Vol. 35 in the “how-to/instructional (print) category and the Raygun Vector Weapon in the “technical article (print) category” also from Vol. 35.

Here is a link to view all finalists. Winners will be announced on Nov. 18.
