Austrian artist Gordan Savicic’s “Constraint City” is a wearable wireless corset/network detector made from a Nintendo DS that connects to high torque servo motors that tighten the garment when you get closer to a Wi-Fi signal. The idea is to create a “schizo-geographic pain map” of the “invisible” networks that surround us daily. Sounds like a version of “Netstumbler” for the S&M crowd.
