Do you want to walk on Mars or climb a volcano? You can make it look like you are anywhere with a green or blue screen.
This will teach you how to make a green-screen effect with iMovie, a free software package bundled with Macs.
Open iMovie.
Make a new project.
Open Preferences and select Show Advanced Tools
This will allow you to use the green/blue screen effect.
Now, take some footage in front of the green (or blue) screen. Try to keep the screen and subject evenly lighted.
Also, choose the photo or video for the background.
First, drag the background image/video.
Then, drag the green-screen video on top.
Select either green or blue screen, depending on what you used.
You can drag the green-screen footage depending on where you want it to start.
