I can’t say I’d ever have the patience to make these chocolate, guiness and whiskey cupcakes with Baileys frosting like Sassy Radish, but if someone wanted to make them for me, I certainly wouldn’t refuse! Could be a nice way to get into the St. Paddy’s Day mood if you’re not up for corning beef….

    I think I would rather just drink a car bomb with a chaser of chocolate syrup or chocolate cake. Much easier.

    I made these gems this past weekend. Holy smokes! They were amazing. Mind you, they took a few hours to complete from delicious beginning to devine end, but they were oh so worth it! Thank you for the recipe.
