Instructables user sdudley shares the plans for this neat little rotary tool table that acts as a mini table saw, router, sander, etc. Templates included, and he claims you can build one for about $20. He mainly uses his Dremel to build the thing, too.

Great demo and project! I’ve been considering building something like this, having a need for a mini table saw, and I too thought of using my dremel as a starting point. But I knew I couldn’t simply use a regular dremel circular saw bit, because a table saw needs a flat work area. But it seems you have some kind of saw blade holder that allows a mechanical coupling, that does not have to be at a perfect right angle to the shaft holding the blade. I suppose it must have something like a universal joint or flex shaft, but I didn’t see any reference to this part. What is it called? Where can you get it? Also, since I’m sure that part is not part of your $20 total price list, can you offer an approximate cost for it? Thanks!
