I posted about the Playable Fashion Workshop that took place at Eyebeam Art and Technology Center last month and, from the looks of this wearable sleeve controller, it was such a success that they are offering an afterschool program starting next week.

…the teens built out projects like light up gloves and hand sewn LED-emblazoned pillows, in addition to finishing their controllers and beginning to integrate them into wearables. Given the freedom to pick their materials and direct their own projects, the teens came up with incredibly diverse and often quite ambitious projects.

So, if making your own playable fashion items is something you or the teenager in your life might be into, you can can sign up here!
