Crystalized ginger is a great healthy treat, plus it’s great for an upset stomach. I ate it once when I had nausea from sun poisoning and it was great. It tastes delicious in a cup of tea and can also be used in baking. Instructables user lemonie has a tutorial for making your own crystallized ginger.
