You’ve probably seen some variation of the upcycled “Art-o-mat” antique cigarette machine. I’m usually skeptical of the “great art can come in small packages” message, but this (beautiful) machine stood out. While visiting one of my favorite bookstores (Myopic Books in Providence RI), this little box with “One Robot” printed on the side caught my eye. For $5 I got the cute little recycled capacitor-based robot from Obvious Front shown below.
