As a gal with dark, almost-black hair, I definitely have to agree with Kaylah’s emphasis on exercising patience to keep your hair healthy. I can personally confirm that it is possible to bleach your hair until it breaks off—there was a reason I had that cute pixie cut in my late teens—and I don’t recommend it!
