E-Textile and Soft Sensors Workshop in LA

Syuzi Pakhchyan, author of Fashioning Technology, will be teaching an e-textile and soft sensor workshop this Sunday, June 27th from 12pm -3pm at CrashSpace in Los Angeles.
Syuzi writes:

This course will introduce you to an exciting new palate of conductive threads and fabrics — some of which aren’t commercially available. Unique properties and qualities of each material will be discussed.
You will learn how to construct your own textile sensors (switches, potentiometers, pressure, tilt and flex sensors, etc) as novel controls for electronics.
