The paint can candy holder is a nice touch too.
Totally missed this guide, but the spirit of Make/Craft definitely influenced our little robot for this Halloween! Main difference is we cut the back out of the box completely and just used elastic straps on the arm holes to make it “wearable”. Check it out:
