Folks seem to be pretty evenly, and staunchly, divided on if the whole neon’s-back-in-fashion is a good or bad thing. If I could find the picture of me at 10 years old, rocking a neon pink lace hair bow, neon bracelets, neon t-shirt and neon belt, I could use it as reason for my fully embracing the resurgence of eye-blinding colors in fashion this summer.
